Tattoo Application Instructions

1) Remove the transparent film on front of tattoo.
2) Place tattoo face down on skin
3) Using a damp sponge, pat the tattoo thoroughly, wetting the backing paper.
4) After 20-30 seconds, carefully remove backing paper
5) Let the area dry for about 10 minutes
6) If needed, roll a pen or small round object on the tattoo to ensure it sticks 

Tattoo Removal Instructions

1) Use medical or rubbing alcohol to wipe off the tattoo.
